The Convincing Orator Program
The Convincing Orator is TCRO’s flagship partnership model for building debate culture in schools. Rather than appearing as occasional guest trainers, TCRO embeds itself within the life of a school, working closely with administrators and teachers to cultivate a sustainable debate culture. Schools get an opportunity to outsource debate training to an organization that lives and breathes debate.
Students receive structured introduction to argumentation, public speaking and critical analysis, while schools benefit from consistent mentorship, curriculum support and access to competitions. At its heart, the program creates a safe and energetic environment where young people learn to express ideas with courage, clarity and respect.
